Bought a 2009 dodge avenger, it has 1254 miles on it. The car was is service more than in my driveway. Now at 7254 miles the driver side window regulator is broken. I called service department, it will cost $95 to have a technician determine what is wrong!!!! (hello) then they will submit a request to see if chrysler will fix it or if I have to pay $300- $400 to have it fixed! Well In all the vehivles I have ever owned and all with electric windows, I have never had a regulator break with so little useage. I would say The part was defective and replace warranty or no warranty! There is no way that regulator could not be defective. The car was never used and is pristeen, with the exception of this regulator and at 7254 miles, I think Chrysler should replace it!
