Bar stool/chair

On Oct 15, 2020 I ordered a Zaire by Acme 96640 Bar Height Chair for $88.99. I have never received my order. I've emailed and called numerous times but everything goes unanswered. My credit card was also charged. I would like to receive the bar stool or a credit to my credit card!
