Bar shoes

Hello, Im a die hard converse fan. I even buy converse boots for work. I ordered a pair last week and wore them one time and the sole started seperating from the shoe. Super disappoimting Ive never had an issue with converse, I contacted the seller on Amazon and they havent responded. Can you please help me?
