My account was fraudulently charged. I immediately contacted customer service to report the charge. A dispute was filed and a prevention of additional charges from the company was suppose to be place on the account. Huntington charged me two late fees of 37.50 PER DAY! The following week when another charge of 225.00 hit the account i hit the roof! The previous charge proven to be fraudulent was still in dispute. I filed a complaint with the BBB. All funds deposited in to my account they used to absorb their late fees for the month of July and August and wasn't concerned that they had frozen my account with the inability to even withdraw funds for gas to drive to work.
