I have been living in India for the past 2 years, sent multiple emails with address and mobile number to BOV CS so they can update their data, with not much success. I never received any notifications of the new banking keys being changed and I have been blocked and disabled from accessing my account. I have chased customer service for over 2 weeks. I cannot pay bills, I managed to email back and forth just before they disabled my online banking, requested a call, nothing. They took me round a viscious cycle yet bills cannot be paid. It is disgusting. I have no access to call or email as they seem to be blocked too.
