Tried to get on line banking statement for last 3 months due to fraud. Bank website down for 2 weeks. Went to branch for statement, which they could not provide. Charged me $35 for 6 month statement. 2 weeks later, still no statement. Disputed charge they said tough. On line banking still not able to get resolved. Terrible branch service, terrible on line experience. Boooo
