I've needed a notary twice in the past month and both times "that person is out today" what's the point in having a local branch if you can't offer all the services. Their online "Banking Experience" is horrible compared to other banks, it seems they use a third party for online banking since the format is similar to other small banks. They wouldn't loan to us to purchase a house while other banks tripped over each other to offer us a loan (we have great credit and substantial income) They wouldn't loan to a friend until they found out anther bank was going to loan to them and suddenly they could make something work. Basically if you want a good bank look elsewhere. User's recommendation: Hometown bank, Bank of America, Chase Bank, or any other bank...
