Spoke with David Xu - National Sales Thief about securing some fencing which was displayed at the National Builders Show in Las Vegas. Come to find out they do not even have this product and never have had it. They were quick to accept my payment but still to date have not produced a refund or the product. I heard from the only English speaking sales rep (now a former rep due to this company not paying the $ owed to him) that the only product they actually can offer is the one decking line? Bottom line, the employees / Chineese leadership for this crooked organization are Feixue Gao (Goes by Zoe) is the Chineese owners daughter (she controls the purse strings and won't pay her employees or refund customers for non-existing products sold), David Xu - Sales Manager - Dumb, Non-English Speaking, Promises everything and delivers nothing, finally there is Joe Zhao - Operations ***, HR Liar, Non-English speaking employee who can't put their marketing materials together in basic English!
