Ok like any place in the world, some job corps are better then others, ok now with that out of the way, I was a student at Denison Job Corps in IA from '07 to '08 I was in the office assistant trade and got my high school diploma, I did make friends and still keep in contact with some, but at the some time I did have to learn to deal with people that were not there to better themselves and people that were there to better themselves, just like everything else you choose the path you want, everything I have now from there I can say I earned it all, my high school I earned, my certification (multiple) I can't say that it is for everyone but for anyone that is wanting to better themselves in a different way try it tour the center before you commit to a certain center,ask the students s that are living there talk to the Ra's there don't just go with reviews or comment about place visit the place and make your own decisions and observations.
