I agree! Same thing happened to me... they act like you did not pay and that you want something for nothing... I will NOT use them again!!!! They take advantage of our desire to make an order. This is unethical and if enough of us protest the fact they are doing this then they will no longer obtain monies from us... With the way the economy is going (or not going) we (or at least I) cannot afford to pay for this product and NOT receive it... I AM PISSED AND WILL NO LONGER TRY TO ORDER THRU BALIPAYMENT!!! I sent 2 orders (***...***) for a total of over 100.00 American dollars and to date since the beginning of August have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDERS!!!
