balance recharge issue (1-[protected])

Dears, I recharged my balance on March 21st through Orange website. the transaction was successful (attached) and amount was deducted (attached the bank statement) but I didn't get the balance so far. On the same day I recharged a gain from fawry to renew the bundle. I need to recharge my account with the 100 LE deducted. I am really dissatisfied from the very poor service standard I have encountered. I communicated the customer service over 12 times and the issue still exist. My phone number is [protected].
