Today(28/03/2013), I activated a Rs. 2 daily pack from *141# at about 12:07 a.m on my Tata Docomo number [protected]. I have done this numerous times before. But to my surprise a Rs. 10 weekly pack got activated. Connection to the customer care is cut off. The online complaint registration doesn't work. Going by the saying of the company that says unconditional refund without question, it is really ironical that as a customer it is impossible for me to prove that indeed I activated the Rs. 2 pack but the Rs. 10 pack got activated considering that I am going to get a reply which says I activated it by myself which isn't true. The sufferer is always the customer.
