I went to BJs on Thursday to order a cake for my mom is turning 85 and went to pick it up today Saturday and the cake was no where to be found. I didnt receive a receipt or anything as the employee told me all i had to do was give the last four digits of my cellphone that was on the order to find the cake. Anyways the cake was never found and now my mother who is turning 85 will not be getting a cake thanks to the irresponsibility of the employee at BJ who took my order. Unfortunately i didnt get her name.
