Bait and switch with warrenty
purchased warranty on 52 inch tv, broke while under warranty , came to repair, told it was screen,($600 part for $300 tv) not covered under warranty (wasn't told that at time of purchase) then told after service call was over theres a $97 service charge fee, been purchasing from pc richards for over 30 years, NO MORE User's recommendation: GO ELSEWHERE.
