Bait and Switch with Metro VW of MA

I negotiated the price and financing over the email with Metro VW of MA with they "Internet Sales Manager". When I showed up in person, they tried to reneg on the deal despite the fact I had the entire email thread in my hands. When they realized their "bait and switch" maneuver will not work, they simply refused selling the vehicle stating that the sales price is not compatible with 0% financing, although the ad on the web site and the email exchange clearly states it was. In addition, their Internet Manager with whom I exchanged emails already left for the day so we had to spend 30 minutes in the lobby while they were running around trying to find somebody who would work with us. Their salesperson was not knowledgeable of the car at all, but the Sales Manager was extremely insincere and tried different tactics to inflate the already already negotiated price or force me to accept a higher financing rate then the one stated in the email. I have purchased my other car from the Metro Mazda owned by the same group in 2008 and had a very pleasant experience. This time I was extremely frustrated and dissatisfied by the treatment and the entire process. I will make sure to never set my foot at any of the Metro Group dealerships anymore.
