Deceptive business practices are inevitable in a Military community as a result of the highly transient nature of the Military and those that elect to exploit that fact. Cleo Bay Honda has been cited a number of times for DTPA violations. Cleo Bay has earned an "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau. I was recently duped in a lottery SCAM at Cleo Bay. I have elected to file a law suit and shed some light on this. Cleo Bay Honda was once owned by a long time Killeen resident by the name of Mr. Cleo Bay.
