Bait and switch….the most disorganized and misleading program ever

Update by user Oct 21, 2019 They sent me a gift card to cover my lost rewards program points, but my bigger concern is that they need to fix their horrible customer service department. I shouldn't have had to commit so much time to get them to make things right. Original review posted by user Oct 21, 2019 I have never in my professional career encountered a worse customer service department. They take forever to post the rewards, and they seem to do so right before they expire. I live in Oklahoma and was told that someone redeemed my rewards through a store in Florida. I had to escalate my complaints to a top level customer service executive, and she eventually sent me a gift card to cover my lost rewards points, but, still, this company sucks.
