Bait and switch policy to highest price policy they sell

Sent notification of policy change 5 min before deadline and the other 5 min after deadline . Changed from the lowest price RX to the highest priced RX. Said value plan was no more ( see photo ). Talked with Medicare they found my wife and I policies and said Express Scripts can only change like for like policies. User's recommendation: Mutual of Omaha sub contracts to Express Scripts don"t expect help from them they don"t ever reply. buy from anyone else can"t any worse!!!!!!!!
