I purchased a loose diamond, a gold ring, a 950 silver Indian turquoise and red coral necklace, and a cabinet base, that in the pictures showed it was damaged, but the damaged piece pictured was there in the pictures.. But not when I went to pick it up.... They failed to say, or show,.... that the broken part was right in the front of the piece, and that the broken piece was now missing even though it was pictured as on the cabinet. It also had a manufacturing error that was not addressed in the description or the photos... As the front left handle was not straight.. But a second hole was drilled and the handle pushed in.... Everything I purchased from them arrived different than what was pictured that I was bidding on.... And I am so sorry I purchased the four things I had before I realized this is a bait and switch operation... I bought the loose diamond first, and it was shipped right away, I think I received it in about four days, and the color was excellent, but It looked so much smaller than I expected it to be, as I was upsizing .26 in size from the diamond I had lost.... And I thought maybe it was because of the photos being blown up so you could somewhat see the quality of the stone.... Still am doubting that it is truly what I bid on..... So I am going to pay to have it evaluated, to see if I indeed did get the stone that was pictured and described on the sight. The worst thing they did.... They let me rent a truck, drive over six hours round trip, to pick up a severely damaged cabinet base, that was not stated in the description or pictured..... And I had e-mailed them about, the distance I was from them, and asked if they could possibly ship the cabinet to their warehouse closer to me... They called but never left any message, except to call them,..... And when I tried to call them back the person I needed to talk with wasn't available.....And they did not return my call.... So I rented the truck,.... I drove over six hours round trip,.... only to get there, and the piece was severely damaged,.... much more than in the photo, and the piece broken off was right in the front of the cabinet,... and the broken piece was totally missing... They refunded my money spent on the cabinet, and e-mailed me a $50.00 gift certificate to use on their sight.... Like I want to purchase something else from them,... NOT.... I asked that they reimburse me for the truck rental, gas and time... And that has not happened... The Jewelry, was so disappointing on so many levels, that it has taken me a few days before I could even write about it.... I am so mad about because I paid over $340.00 plus for each piece. And the turquoise necklace looks like something you could buy at a cheap box store, and not anything like what was pictured... You can tell what silver is supposed to look like, and what red coral looks like... And the colors were off on the red coral, like it was glued in plastic, and the silver was much darker than real silver, and clanked like a cheap metal in costume jewelry, and was definitely not what I had bid on.... What a total rip off.... I think they must get a really nice piece in,... and have it duplicated in a knockoff, and send you the knockoff,...as the one in the bidding photo,... was a really nice piece, and then, they send you the cheaper knock off... Every piece of jewelry I bought was like that.... Then the gold Tiffany ring I purchased looked to be an original design, like a mistake happened, when trying to form the piece,..... And I found it very unique and wanted to have the loose stone I purchased mounted in the blob of gold ring... When I got the ring it was not pictured anything like what I had bid on either... The dip in the ring was not as deep, the signature on the back of the ring, appeared stamped instead of engraved like the picture showed. And the wax casting relief had some of the plaster still stuck in the gold on the back of the ring in the bidding picture,... and this one was to perfect, and so it lost some of it's charm for me.... I will be pursuing finding out what is going on... And getting some kind of compensation for sending me junk, and not what I bid on...
