On 7/22/18 I ordered what I thought was 1 free product (1oz.proactive repair) for $4.95 shipping. I also received: 0.5oz eye revitalizer which I didn't order and was charged an $4.90 shipping. Both arrived in the same small box. 8/4/19 $89.98 INSTANT ELIXIR charged my Visa. NO Charge was authorized. I called 888-409-**** to return the unused products. Customer Service rep said too bad-Items are not returnable. The rep was very argumentative and declined to provide return information or my request to speak to supervisor. She said any items would just be returned to me and I was contractually obligated to pay. The product is going back via UPS and the VISA charge is treated as FRAUD. BEWARE!! The CSR said I signed up to receive a product every month! Oh no, I did not........BEWARE ...THIS IS A FRAUD!
