Holland America brochure for campaign number HAL16831US states that I can take advantage of an exceptional private sale offer if I book by June 30th 2019 for a 28 day Hawaii, Tahiti and Marquesa sailing on March 21 2020. On calling reservations the day after the brochure arrived the agent says, not that the sailing is sold out, but that the offer is no longer available and instead offers me the trip at a price that is $2400 more (for two) than the brochure stated. Isn't this a Bait and Shift tactic. Is that legal? Have others experienced this from Holland America Cruises? Carol Marshall
