Have attempted approximately 10 times to get the $25.00 credit on the 30 minute delay on luggage going from area 8 then notified it was 9 then finally 17. We arrived 4/6 from Las Vegas on flight 1433 and received certificates from your agent but have been unable to complete any of your requirements? Warner/Douglas &;;;;;;;;;;;; Warner/Laura flying first class
