Received a large shipment with about 40 containers of Mica inside. Unfortunately a bag of Madder root leaked and covered everything in the box. I took pictures while unboxing to show the mess. While Bramble Berry replaced the broken bag of madder root, the mess was my problem. The mica containers do not have seals around the lids and all were filled with madder root. It took hours to clean and I still have some madder root under the edges of lids. Bramble berry did not even care, horrible customer service.
