Badly Designed Product and poor customer service

I purchased a Corsair mid-tower PC case that was so badly designed I called customer service to see if I was doing something wrong. The problem was I could not remove the front cover unless I removed the optical drives first. This required removing the side panel, disconnecting the optical drives from power and the SATA connection and physically removing the drives. Customer service kept responding by telling me how to remove the optical drives. After the 3rd time of providing the wrong answer I included a statement on my next communication that is they don't understand what I am saying please call me and I provided my home number. I guess the customer service guy took this as me being sarcastic and told me if I could not be civil and not call people names my case would be closed. I answered saying they were thin skinned as I did not call anyone a name. The next communication I received from them was "case closed". This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any customer service. The PC case is on the way back to Corsair as there are too many good cases on the market for me to put up with such a poorly designed unit.
