My neighborbhas a delta kitchen faucet that was tarnished and leaking. Suppose to have this great warranty. Had my neighbor call, they agreed to send out some repair parts but not replace the tarnished faucet enenbtho M it has a finish warranty too. All parts but one were incorrect, which we found after dissembley. Luckily I had some of the correct parts so we got it working sort of. My neighbors called back and their customer service said that those were the correct parts (wrong) But made my neighbor feel like he was an idiot for complaining about wrong parts telling him he was wrong User's recommendation: Buy moen never have a problem with warranty issues.
