This was about 3 years ago but I did`nt think writing a review before because my mind was totally on my poor cat. Our cat was about 17 years old,weak,sick,drinking way too much water which any vet should know means irreversible kidney damage in a cat,especially if accompanied by a powerful ammonia smell of their breath. We did`nt have the heart to request euthanasia, As we were sure any Quality vet could take one look at Cheaba and know she was dying and gently tell us it was time. Instead, This Tracey Oaks *** starts insisting on expensive invasive surgery which in her own words may or may not work ,And that we thought would be horrible to put a 17 year old cat through. My husband told her that we thought we would get support for what anyone could see was a beloved,aging, dying cat, And not gouged for hopeless surgery . Tracey Oaks started yelling, "i`m not going to tell you to KILL YOUR CAT!!If you wanted to KILL YOUR CAT, you should have said so!! I said that we did`nt want to argue with her anymore and I did not want her to touch my cat.She then literaly mocked my husband and me and mercifully left the room. Or last moments with or cat were even worse than they should have been because of ***, Incompetent,sarcastic,heartless,Money grubbing, trashy tracey Oaks.Who starts out her sessions plopping her *** down on the table used to care for pets.All the other vets there are wonderful and Bigger road is a good place .Just avoid Tracie Oaks
