Bad value on Tank

When I hooked up the tank, it started leaking at the valve. I put in another tank with no issues. I tried taking it back to Speedway Gas station and they told me I had to get with Blue Rhino. After a long discussion on just swapping out the tank, they refused to do so. Speedway wanted me to pay $59 which i balked at.. Mainly not happy with Speedway as this was a simple fix. regards
