When I first walked into the store, I was brought to the engagement ring section and it felt as if the sales associate was not understanding what I wanted, I began to get irritated then they admitted to not understanding the terms I was using. Then the associate had found another associate who is a diamond consultant to help me find the style of ring I had in mind. At first I felt bad but the first associate said for me not to worry that they are a non-commission company and the goal is to always make sure the customer is happy. I ended up finding what I wanted and the second associate understood the (now I know) wrong terms. Thank You Jewelry Exchange.
