I had the same problem. Called them and found out there is only a 3 month shelf life on the diet orange. I had two six packs from the same Food Lion. One which was bad had an imprinted number code that was the date. The rep I talked to said that particular bottling plant used a code most consumers could not understand. The other had an ink printed date code of 9 07 19 showing a recent date. I opened it and that one was great tasting. To me if the expiration date is that critical it should be easy to read and understand. She said she would send the info on to the plant and sales teams. So check the date if you want to continue buying this.
