I highly recommend to stay away from this shop and buy elsewhere. ShoeMetro is the worst company to deal with! Ordered a pair of shoes and size was wrong. I contacted them hoping to get a replacement and was actually shocked when they said that they don't do replacements or refunds. They refused to give me a return label and said that they never accept anything back. When I placed my order I had no idea they had such ridiculous rules, there was nothing said about that on their site! I will not buy from them again, these people and their rules are beyond ridiculous!
