Bad Shopping Experience with Freshly Picked Moccasins
I bought moccasins online for my niece that lives in Sweden. The moccasins were 60$ plus 11$ shipping and handling. I didn't know the company is mailing them with UPS and now my brother in Sweden has to pay 40$ to pick them up from the UPS. I emailed Freshly Picked and they don't care. They said it's Sweden's customs and tax fees, and they can't waive that, plus they don't refund international purchases. They have nothing on the web site saying that UPS will charge the recipient. That's a rip off. Where do I complain? And how can I return the product and receive a refund?
