We engaged this company to provide us a system to make our workflow better and more organized. We signed the contract sometime in early May this year. They promised to get everything done by end of June. But now it is already coming to end of November, but we still cannot use the system. When we asked them, they would say it is done and then never reply for few hours. I have a very very bad experience with this company. Please do not engage this company's service. They are not prompt and the boss of this company basically doesn't care about his customers.
