Bad service With dealership

1

Started Aug 9th with routine oil change at Larry H Miller Toyota and they messed up the oil pan and had to keep it for a few days and replace it. The following week our Jeep was leaking oil. Took it back on Aug 17. Mel th tech said everything was fine no oil leak.drove the Jeep home and Saturday morning the 18th the Jeep wouldn't start. Had my Jeep towed to Larry h Miller Jeep dealership off lomas to see what was wrong with it. My appt was on Tuesday Aug 21 at 1045 my Jeep was never looked at until 2-3 the next day after I called and was speaking with the tech Chris and demanded answers on why my Jeep got over looked. Chris and I had multiple phone calls on Aug 23 from 123*-415 when I arrived at the dealership. The service department was rude and trying to multitask and work on multiple cases in front of us while telling me theres nothing I can do but pay for everything . My battery was completely dead, wcm sensor blown, and keys may need to be reprogrammed after all service is done. Was going to cost around $700 . We demanded to speak to service manager and the general manager. I was told where the GM office was and Brian wasn't in his office at the time. Fernando the service manager couldn't be found either. The ladies at the front desk told me they had been paged and no answer yet. Around 5pm I saw the GM in his office and walked in there and asked if he had been paged for me because I have been waiting an hour to speak to him and the service managaer Fernando. I had to yell to get anyone to speak to me and sit down to listen to my complaints. Brian the general manager said if we bought a battery he would take that cost off the bill and try and help with the rest. My husband Ben took the battery to the Jeep dealership on Aug 23. Fernando called us this morning saying he Jeep was ready and only the wcm sensor had to be replaced and the keys were fine. The left over cost was $240. Ben went to check out the Jeep today Aug 24 and went over it with the service tech Howard. Ben noticed get battery just sitting in place and the brackets were broken and said that's how it is and none of the managers are available and he was just to give us the Jeep. We called Tim over at Larry h Miller Toyota dealership to come get the Jeep so they could fix the oil leak issue. I have called and tried to speak to Brian and Fernando the managers and just get voicemails. Sales person Monica was the one who sent me to the voicemail. Still no call back as of 315 on Aug 24. Poor service, horrible attitude, no one wants to fix anything and no one returns phone calls.
