Bad service regarding my order reason for wanting an asoon as possible refund

Hi I'm highly disappointed with you guys service its been months since the day I bought my lacoste cap and still I have not received it. When I track at down it just tells me "Expired" and I don't understand So singing I have not received it I have come to a decision to appeal for a immediate refund because I take this as an insult from you and my shipper Please get back to me ASAP to further on my refund process Show quoted text User's recommendation: Make sure your order arrives on promised time.
