Bad Service Quality Loss of Time and Money

After making one month payment I have chosen a counselor. Although she accepted me as a client she was not responsive and I lost my time and energy with her. I chose a second counselor. We have arranged an appointment. After waiting for the appointment she cancelled it at the very last minute saying that her husband is ill. And she did not guide me the other day even though she has promised. I have found a third counselor. In our first session he told me that I need emdr and we could do it in the next session. I have waited for the next session but his camera was not working which is necessary for emdr. We have arranged a third appointment. One day before he told me that his camera will not be working. He told me that it is because of the hurricane. I can not quit my membership and get a refund for the left period of one month. User's recommendation: Do not use this app.
