》 AFTER FOUR DAYS OF TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE (ANYONE) AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING PUT ON HOLD FOR 40 MINUTES EACH TIME, THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP ME WITH A RETURN ITEM.
