I have an auto pay but for some reason Mr.Cooper never sent a request to the bank and for two months the payment was not drafted. I had this loan since the late 90's and it has been on auto pay pay since, I called their customer service but could not get anywhere with the idiots that the answered the call. I asked to speak to a manager but she said the manager is out. My credit score went from 840 to 691 due to their incompetence and I still can not get anyone to call me back.y away from them .DSta
