Bad service on claims

Filled out THEIR claim form, which the doctor had to fill out and sign in Feb. Had to call to see what the holdup was. They never contacted me that there was any problem. !st call I was told it was being processed and would be done in 24-48 hours. Called a second time (they again did not contact me to say there was a problem). This time they said they need an itemized copy of the bill which I sent. Still no response, so called a 3rd time and they said they didn't get the bill. So now, I send it a 2nd time, They are claiming they didn't get it AGAIN. However at no time have they contacted me. Now today, I call again for the 4th time. THEY ARE CLAIMING THEY STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE BILL. This is poor service on their part. Apparently they have no one working there that knows what they are doing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
