Bad Service on 2 different occasions

I hired them to clean my furniture and they didn't even clean all the pieces and then wouldn't give me a refund on the other pieces they didn't clean.. the manager for the Dayton ohio he was so rude and hungup the phone of me.. Don't use Stanley Steamer in Dayton ohio .. I'VE USED THIS IN Texas and they were great but not here in Dayton Ohio.. they were late for my appointment if I could give them a RATING I'D GIVE NO STAR OR ZERO RATING!! DISHONEST LOCATION
