Hi i am a huge fan of kopi tiam but several times i have been very disappointed with the bad service and rude attitude of the cashier staff...There has been several times i went to this Food store 08 (Econ Rice) The chinese Lady Cashier who tied ponytail was very rude always show a black face never smile even i smile to her totally no customer service...Then never say thank you also no manners...she doesnt care about kopitiam reputation as well i think...Still i endure but today is the worst better to let HR do something and take note she impatiently put all my food dipped in curry sauce and leaking its been many times she has to be careful on this as if it spill customer find it hard to carry this is like no standard no hygience and untidy... second i told her many times less rice but still not care about my instructions ..Then the vegetable wasnt arrange propely in box as u can see in photo it was out of the box..i mean this is kopitiam making it like market ...and i told her off nicelu but she ignore me when i told her to put the vegetable back propely ...she say she dont want to use handbut she can use a spoon to put the vegetable back right ? more hygenic ...i feel so disappointed in such a lousy bad attitude and irresponsible...please do something HR..=/.
