TO WHOM THIS MAY CONCERN I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE AND PUT ME ON HOLD AND CHANGE TO OTHER PERSON. MY CONCERNING THIS HIGH ELECTRIC BILL $258.73 WHEN I Used to HAVE A BILL RANGE $95 -$130. HISTORY OF THIS HOME. I WAS TOLD THIS WAS THE BEST LOW PLANS UNTIL I GOT THIS BILL. AS LOYALTY CUSTOMER OVER 30 YEARS AND A SENIOR CITIZEN. YES I MADE A MISTAKE CHANGING THE PLANS I HAD AND SO DID TXU ENERGY COMPANY CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE NOT BE TRUTHFUL EITHER THAT MY BILL GOING TO BE THIS HIGH. SINCERELY, PJ
