Bad service from Kia Dealer

My fiancee' made a deal with a salesperson at Cherry Hill Kia and I was contacted to be a co-signer,they allowed him to leave the dealership with the new car,since then we have been getting a run-around. They were suppose to return his $500.00deposit and after sittingaround for5 and1/2 hours and talking to more then 5different people we are still getting a run around.I have never been to a dealer and received such BAD service. I am on my 3rd Kia Sportage and love it and the dealership were I purchased mine.After what they are putting us through we deserve to pay less for all the hours and poor service we received.
