My place of business use this company faithfully to order lunch. On last week I placed an order as I have before but this time my order did not come until 43 mins after it said it would arrive at a specific time. I contacted them to advise of this, they look into the matter and ruled in my favor. They dediced to refund my money with a letter to advise that they would. However, they still charged me for the delivery of soggy/cold food. I would NEVER use them again since, they think this is fair customer service.
