Bad service and troubled internet
They have been calling me since August 2020 to renew my contract. every so often I lose the service and it frustrates me. Now they offered me a discount but i told them to fix the issues first and since then i have been on the phone waiting to get in touch with the service department. When I did get through 60 to 90 min. later the person on the other end was helpful but we got disconnected and I had to wait another 90 min just to be told that the system was down to check my issues. I now want to get rid of my service as it is to much trouble to run into issues on an ongoing bases. Does anyone have instructions on how to cancel the service?
