Bad service and then require $25 to port out MY number

They require a minimum deposit of $25 which they draw from for your service. There is no accountability for wrong charges. You cannot understand the non-English speaking reps. You cannot get a refund. In light of their billing practices without accountability, we moved our service to another provider. Here's the kicker - when you go to port your number out, they charge a $25 RIPOFF FEE for me to keep my own number that I ported into there. The call quality was poor and there is nothing you can do but move elsewhere after you pay your $25 ripoff fee to move your number. AVOID THEM!! You have been warned. :)
