Bad Service and incorrect decision of service needed

My claim was serviced 1st on 9/14/2020 by a service woman from Sears, who stated that my A/C needed only a fan for it to work; and that she would order the part and be back by Friday the 18th. I know for a fact that I NEED A NEW A/C unit inside. I have had several a/c...
