My phone will not stay connected to WiFi. The representative (Aron) told me my phone was not a truconnect phone. Which it is. He must of found some training papers and and said go to settings. Still doesn't work then he said go outside, which I did phone worked. Then he said if I want to use phone or use internet I have to sit outside to use phone. I said so u know how stupid that is. I am disabled, and can't go outside. He just said what do u want to do. So I waited to give review and he wouldn't hang up . seriously the representativeys need to go back to traing. User's recommendation: Do not buy. Feel like I have been scammed.
