Bad service and cluelessness about availability of items

The website misrepresents, frequently, the availability of items. So it might show delivery in 3-4 weeks, but once you purchase the item it immediately changes to 8-12 weeks. Customer service agents acknowledge this is a frequent problem but they are unable to give any input into how to resolve it. No feedback or information from the company voluntarily. Instead, you have to fight for it, spending hours on the phone trying to get answers. So ultimately I spent weeks messing around with them and ultimately cancelled the order. Then I gave them a chance with other furniture items a few weeks later, and the same thing happened. This company clearly has significant issues in this area and it needs to address them.
