Bad service and bad quality of merchandise

I have been a customer of Current for many, many years. In the past few years the customer service and quality of some merchandise is not good. Their paper products still seem good quality, but their extended products are very bad quality. Trying to return something recently is a nightmare. They don't answer the calls and if they do they take your name/number and say they'll call you back "immediately" but don't. Very disappointed and probably won't be shopping there any more. User's recommendation: Don't shop at Current Catalog.
