Bad service and attitudes will not honor a parts warranty

installed two new compressors ,two weeks later they went bad they replaced them again and 5 months later they went bad again they wanted to charge for the compressors and and freon again the parts were not original trane the manager said it was caused by a power surge .we had no other electrical problems and he never saw the job
